Terms and Conditions

The Charity Draw

1. The Charity Draw (the “Draw”) is available only on the Website of the Masonic Province of Nottinghamshire and organised by the Provincial Grand Lodge of Nottinghamshire (the “Organisers”).
2. The Organisers undertake to donate £50 to the Registered UK Charity nominated by the winning registrant within 28 days of the draw being held.
3. The draw is open only to persons who are non-Masons resident in the UK and aged over 18.
4. Registration for inclusion in the draw will be accepted only through the Website.
5. The draw will run for a minimum period of six consecutive months from February 16th 2003.
6. The draw for any given Calendar month will be held within seven days after the last day of the month unless otherwise stated on the Website.
7. In all matters relating to the draw and in all circumstances, the decision of the Organisers will prevail and correspondence will not be entered into.
8. The winning registrant will be picked at random from all names registered from 0000 hours of the first day of the month to 2400 hrs of the last day of the month.
9. Only one registration per person per month is permitted.
10. To be included in the Draw, registrants must supply information designated “essential” on the registration page of the Website.
11. The charity nominated by the winning registrant will be announced on the News Board on the website of the Organisers (the Provincial Grand Lodge of Nottinghamshire) within seven days after the day of the draw.

The Personal Draw

1. The Personal Draw (the “Draw”) is available only on the Website of the Masonic Province of Nottinghamshire and organised by the Provincial Grand Lodge of Nottinghamshire (the “Organisers”).
2. The draw is open only to persons who are non-Masons resident in the UK and aged over 18.

3. The Registration for inclusion in the draw will be accepted only through the Website.

4. The Organisers undertake to host at a reception six persons collectively or individually at a date and time convenient both to the winners and the Organisers at one or more of the Masonic Halls within the Province.

5. Masonic representatives will be appointed at the discretion of the Organisers.

6. The winners are entirely responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the agreed venue and any travel costs incurred therein.

7. In the event of travel difficulty or winners’ disability, the Organisers may at their own discretion and without obligation or cost offer assistance in providing transport.

8. The draw will run for a minimum period of six consecutive months from February 16th 2003.
9. The draw for any given Calendar month will be held within seven days after the last day of the month unless otherwise stated on the Website.
10. The winners will be advised within 10 days after the draw.
11. The list of monthly winners will be kept at the Office of the Provincial Grand Secretary and may be viewed strictly by appointment.
